Dès mon premier achat, j'ai été séduite par la
qualité, la beauté et l'originalité des bijoux présentés par Lydia et Jean Baptiste. Depuis 4 ans je leur ai acheté plusieurs bijoux et je n'ai jamais été déçue.
Le pendentif Art Nouveau, qui est mon achat le plus récent est superbe, encore plus beau qu'il ne l'était en photo sur le Web. J'habite à Paris et, une fois encore, j'ai apprécié le fait qu'ils sont venus eux-mêmes me l'apporter chez moi.

Lydia made my gift buying process for my wife easy and ultimately a very positive experience. Based in the UK I was of course somewhat nervous buying a bracelet from Paris - sight unseen. Would the digital photos be a true representation of the workmanship etc? Would it be easy to pay from UK? Would Lydia be happy to hold the piece so we could collect it on our holiday? Would it be there when I arrived? Answers to all were an emphatic yes. The bracelet was even more perfect in real life than it was on the web. Lydia sought reassurance from my wife she was happy - another yes. I am happy to recommend Lydia and I also know where next years present will be coming from.

This was my first purchase and Lydia was just wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and made every attempt to accommodate me. Lydia’s jewels are gorgeous and they look even better in person. It is always a concern for me when buying from the internet whether the photographs are accurate and I can confidently say that they truly are. She is easy to communicate with and very detailed about shipment and tracking. I am thrilled with my purchase. Will definitely be back in the future.
